Fantastic Service from Charlotte

Its very far and few times where I can say I have received great service. But this morning I called in regarding my outstanding balance on my contract and I spoke to a lady by the name of Charlotte. She was friendly and so helpful. She cam back to me with proper and full information and you could tell she was happy to assist. Thank you Charlotte for providing such great service to me.
