Fantastic Service

I would just like to compliment Call Centre Supervisor Pauline Chauke, for the excellent service. On 29th June there was a ********** sim swop attempt on one of my contract's. I contacted the call centre and as usual got the run around. I requested to speak to a supervisor. Pauline responded, I was not an easy client to work with but she responded magnificently. She kept on the case throughout the day and resolved the issue.<br> she went way Above and Beyond the Call of Duty to resolve the issue.
