Fantastic Employee: Sibongile Mchuchu

I did not have a good experience with Vodacom overall (duplicitously changed our contract to a more expensive one) but for ONE staff member who was FANTASTIC. Please will someone give Sibongile Mchuchu the job she deserves in client services: she is too good for Vodacom. She was the only one who called back and did not abandon the problem until it was sorted out to our satisfaction.
