Fantastic Customer Service

It's not often that service consultants are praised for the work that they do, but today is different. I want to thank Sandra Chetty from the Vodacom Cancellations department for her outstanding customer service. She helped me cancel contracts I'm not using as well as gave me fantastic deals on migrating to cheaper data plans. I'm saving a lot of money due to her persistence in helping me obtain the best possible deal. I've been a loyal Vodacom subscriber since their inception and I'll continue to be such a customer if Vodacom retains people like Sandra. I appreciate being seen as a valued member and being treated as such.
