Fantastic Consultant Service at Cradlestone Store

So I went to upgrade yesterday and after the horrible experience from the previous time I upgraded, I was not to keen on going to do that again. Fortunately I ended up being assisted by the best consultant in store, Calvin. He gave fantastic service, was kind and friendly. Although the entire process didn't take too long, he apologized twice for the time it ended up taking. Wonderful experience working with him, making me a very happy customer. Thank you Calvin.
