Family sharing on Vodacom - a honey trap?

Vodacom uses its family sharing of data program to get more clients, the only problem is that it does not work 90% of the time and this has now been the case over a period of months for me. I have 7 contracts with them on my Business, but neither their online chat helper, the person on the business line (where I eventually (!!!) got my phone answered, could help me. Everytime I try to send data to a family member I get Error 520 (and this happens on different computers and laptops. The amount of time wasted on this is far more than the value of the data that I wanted to share. If I was paranoid, I would think that this is done on purpose. Perhaps they are losing money on this? Nevertheless, if one gets the same error message for months, with success only now and then, then one wonders about their IT technical expertise. Makes one think...for a cellular company.

Reviewer Update
I was phoned by someone from Vodacom who tells me that I am not eligible for family sharing despite the fact that I have been family sharing on my Red package for months. My package has not changed, so the T's & C's must have changed. He was not able to tell me when the T's & C's were changed, only that Vodacom can change these unilaterally whenever they want. Nice going! So why do we sign contracts then? Is this not false advertising? If I sign a contract and then decide to stay on that contract because of certain benefits to me (e.g. family sharing), but then the benefit gets cancelled halfway through the contract, is that fair, is that dealing with integrity? I don't think so Vodacom. I wonder if I should not go through the Office for Consumer Protection. I note that consumer protection rights 5 to 9 might apply to a greater or lesser degree.
