Falsifying information at the credit bureau.

I demand my name be removed from the credit bureau. I picked up that my name was on my credit report that Vodacom reported that on October, November and December 2024 I did not pay my installment. This was very strange because this was impossible with Vodacom. On one month they will suspend their services. When I lodge the dispute with the proof of payment. I was referred back to Vodacom to resolved.

At first Vodacom promised to resolve. few weeks when I follow up, Vodacom requested more time. After more than a month a agent who seems to be lost suggested that I should remove myself from the credit bureau of which was very strange. I asked the agent how can I remove myself on something I didn't put myself in a first place? Then they promised to resolve. It's now more than three months Vodacom hasn't resolve this issue. I demand my name be remove from the credit bureau.

I was called by Vodacom arrogant agent indicating that Vodacom is not intending to clear my name. What she was explaining and what is in the credit bureau are two different things. If you miss one payment Vodacom cuts off their services that is not negotiable. The account was always paid more than the premiums until Vodacom had an increament. They didn't call me I pick this thing up when one time going over my statements. I corrected it, without Vodacom calling me. Does that warrant non-payment.

I can't wait for this contract to come to end. I will also check and put a notice of not renewing the contact. This is nonsense.
