Falsifying call phone useage
5-days ago I bought a pay-as-u-go SIM from Vodacom. Before loading airtime I made a point of ensuring all my data-services and mobile data on the cell were turned off so that I was assured no 'back-ground' apps would eat my airtime as another cell provider was suggesting! On Saturday I checked my balances and it was ZERO. After visiting the Vodacom store and having to call the 111 number, I was informed that I had sent an SMS to a +44 number and that small amounts of 2c, 2c, 2c etc were showing as data usage. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO TELL ME I SENT AN SMS WHEN I KNOW I DID NOT?!! and how does internet data get taken off AIRTIME when 3G is turned off? Vodacom promised that a manager from the call centre would call back to explain...Well I'm still awaiting that! Now I want to know how Vodacom can produce falsified statistics and then say to me \well the phone was in your hands so only you could have pushed the buttons!!!!!"They took my airtime and then try spinning reasons why I used it when I KNOW FOR A FACT I DIDN'T! EXPLAIN YOURSELVES YOU GREEDY *****!! This is happening to everyone! """
