Falsified product and false pretence

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with honor and Vodacom I took a double deal with Vodacom and the sales person promised that I will get the gifts that comes with honor 400 went to Vodacom store before the deal ends in Heidelberg Mall and the agent in store advised that she will deliver the next day 4 days later delivery comes with no airpods powerbank and watch calls made to Vodacom I was sent to honor directly called honor I was advised to contact Vodacom, how will I claim gifts without the IMEI number honor and Vodacom sell falsified products and under false pretence to get customers extremely disappointed I regret considering Vodacom and honor I never has issues with Telkom
