Falsely sold me a deal I did not consent to then later on ruin revert my line to an open line without my consent aswell

So here is my dilemma, I need to understand if what is happening is fair or not.

When I got a contract with Vodacom I ended up making an adjustment on my simcards that I do not want an open line as that would raise up my bill with out me noticing when I ran out of minutes, they closed the open line for me and everything went well up until last year around May. I recieved a phone call from them and I spoke to this Indian lady and she said she had an offer for me where I will be paying my normal premiums at the same price but will get more data, she said she noticed I was paying this certain amount yet there's a better deal where I get more data for the same amount on my account. I remember even asking her that does she promise this won't raise my premiums and she said yes it won't. But that was not the case that very month end my premium went up from (estimated figures)R600 per month to R900. I did not take this well and worst part they actually took my money, As they have debit order access. I disputed this and it took a while, there was a point where they even gave this Indian girl my number and she called me on private cellphone in the evening, she wanted to convince me that I agreed and If I still want the recordings about the new payment arrangements but something told me that this is off and I requested the recordings of our phone call, unfortunately I did not receive that. Only thing I noticed is they removed this new premium and put it back to my initial one of around R600, no notification or email about it got fixed. Then in that very month I bought myself unlimited minutes that almost equated to a 1500 minutes so that i can call freely as I thought everything was normal, but nope now they've reverted my simcard to open line without notifying me and this made me get a bill worth 3600 as I continue calling thinking my minutes were still active and when I told them why did they make my simcard open line they said I am supposed to close it myself, when when I didn't even know it was open. I cant afford that bill so I tried to pay my usual premiums of R600 per month and only for them to block my lines. Which means I could not even contact them. When I asked why did they block me so quickly because I can't even make a call to them, I was told I need to make my own arrangements on how to call them. Now it's the new year and my account has been handed over to the lawyers. I'm forced to pay this money in a lump sum that I can't afford. even when I disputed this amount and how it's unfair they open my line I was told no I still have to pay it. now I want to lodge an email disputing this matter and they don't even have an email to communicate thought just the bot responsive one prompting me to use their Tobi chat bot.

I need help getting their email to sort this out, because this ordeal has been going on for the longest and I'm not satisfied with how I'm treated as Vodacom's "customer"

And all of this is happening I never received 1 form of written communication. From my plan being reverted, open line being activated to account being handed over to dept collectors with contact details should I need to get this sorted

So I got a call eventually and they've assigned a gentleman who was very patient, professional and understanding concerning my account. Seems like things will be sorted out based on the conversation we had, I will definitely comeback with more details and updates. I'm pleased with correspondence, I had to be slightly more patient but it is turning to be worth the wait.

Very late update, yes this entire mess was sorted out by the gentleman that called and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
