Falsely listed on ITC/Bad attitude of staff/Poor customer service

I am tired of always complaining with vodacom because of their staff who do not do their job. In June I have opened a new contract for a new device with them, and I also have a current contract for data only and debit order is going off everymonths 20th, I received a new Device on the 20 of June, I called vodacom on the 21 of June and ask them when are you going to debit for this new device, the consultant from new contract department told me that since you just received a device and you already got paid, debit order of 349.00 is suppose to go off on the 20 0f July, then I say, this month you are debiting only 199 for data which is the old contract, and the consultant said yes. Then later on the 21, vodacom debited my account the amount of more than 250, I ask my self why are they debiting this amount were as is suppose to be 199 for old contract as per conversation with consultant. On the 3rd of July I receive message saying I am in arrears, in what reason am I being in arrears, first of all my debit order is the 20th, money is in my account, they are debiting every month, June they decided to put me in arrears for no reason, no history for the month of June that shows that vodacom debit order bounce on the 20th of June, no dispute of their debit order were they can say am in arrears because I dispute, but am on arrears according to them, their fault is now my fault, my credit profile is messed up because of their fault, they are failing to give me proof to show that I disputed debit order for the 20th. When I ask a lady by the name of Pauline Lethabo who called her self team leader but does not behave like one, I explain to her everything from the start, she gave me negative answers and she is putting all the blames on me, she don't go to transaction history to check what might be the reason for the account to fall in arrears, all she see is that account was not paid, no reason to give me, she dont know whether the debit order was disputed or not, but all she says is that you are in arrears you need to pay or else we will charge you more. I told her please escalate because I am not happy you are falsely putting me in arrears, she told me that is not her duty to escalate and she is not gonna do that, her duty is to do collections job, and I say collections does not have escalation process, she said no not to customer service, and I said but you are saying my account is in collections and is your duty to escalate to resolve this, she said it is not her duty. I told her that I will be waiting to hear if she escalate, until now when I see that she did not and no one will escalate since she is the only team leader, meaning by force I will be in arrears since Paulinah she said all she want is money that I did not pay as if I am paying vodacom in cash and I did t go and pay, as if I deputed debit orders were as I did not dispute, as if they go to my account on 20th and find out that there is no money off which the money was thee and they debit not according to our agreement, I told her that 250 that was debited must be for 199 old contract becaous as per conversation the new contract will start debiting in July, the boss lady Paulinah keep saying she want the money or she will charge more for their fault. So vodacom after the conversation with Paulinah who stand for vodacom's fault and blame me and refuse to assist, please take back your device and cancel everything that I have with you, is not healthy for me to alway cry because of vodacom's mistake. May this be end of journey between me and you vodacom, it was a hard and painful journey to be your customer. Please chancel everything and also take back this new devise, I am not ready to find my self being unhappy because of you vodacom and your rude staff.
