Falsely charged entertainment services

I was **********ly charged by Vodacom (or allowed to be charged) for an "entertainment" service for which I did not subscribe. At not stage did I receive something which was a clear quote including pricing for which I then agreed to pay. At no stage am I happy that Vodacom share my details for this to happen for 3rd parties. On the positive so far when I dialed 135 and reported it, the chap on the call was helpful and friendly and committed to stopping the service immediately and escalating it for a refund. I am therefore awaiting an update SMS from Vodacom confirming the service has stopped today 8 October. And then I am waiting for the refund within 7 days as promised (i.e. 15 October)
