False Vodafone Live Subscription

I have been subscribes to Vodafone Live without me signing up for Vodafone Live, my January 2018 bill for this service is R179 which I queried but the call centre can’t tell me what it is for. My February 2018 bill so far is R69 for something that I didn’t sign up for, I have never been charged for this service but since December I am subscribed to this service, I say again without me agreeing to any subscription? I will cancel my debit order at the bank and will pay what I owe until this is resolved. I can’t wait for my contract to run out because I will be moving to MTN?

I have received a sms from Vodacom stating that they will pass a credit for R166 but today I received my statement and guess what the amount is still on the invoice and NO credit was passed. Furthermore I see that the charges for February is also still ons the rise from R69 last week when I reported the problem to R79 today, what do they not understand. Vodacom also said that I need to go on to Vodafone Live and manage my subscriptions but when I do exactly what they say I need to do, the Vodafone Live website says that I DO NOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE subscriptions so please get your house In order. I will continue to write on this website until you guys have woken up. This is **************** and very ********* but I guess that is the company Vodacom became when Mr. Knott-Graig retired?
