False Vodacom account

Useless, terrible customer service and service provider. I had a data contract with Vodacom in 2016. When the contract ended, i closed the account. This year, I noticed the account as active on my credit report. I have called customer service from March to send me a paid up letter and to update credit but months later and nothing has been done. Each time I call, consultant says i must wait 48hrs for paid up letter and I still have nothing. Its an account reflecting on my credit report because Vodacom cant sort out their nonsense. This account does not exist. I no longer have it. I will never use Vodacom again or ever recommend them. Pathetic service.
