False upgrade
The consultant upgraded my number online without my permission. I tried several times to cancel this upgrade with failure. I'm not in a good financial status to can afford the payment. I am frustrated and wishes to reverse the contract I have with them. I regret having renewed the contract. Can Vodacom please cancel the upgrade done on this number
