False tactics to sell products.

These marketing calls I get from Vodacom are becoming annoying.

This morning Julian calls while i was out of the office. One of my staff members asked him if he could take a message for me and also what was the call about and Julian said that it was about payment. When i got back i called Vodacom to find out what was wrong with the payment as the debit order had already been taken off my account. The lady said everything was fine and in order.

He eventually called back and i asked what was the issue with the payment as i already confirmed that my account was paid with no issues. He then said it was just about a contract which i had already cancelled that he wanted to offer me a lower price on.

I dont appreciate the manner in which Julian tried to get hold of me with a false impression that there was something wrong with my account payment.
