False specials to to trick customers into accepting deals
<p>I cancelled my contract with vodacom, but they called me back giving me a better offer. I was told that the offer will include airtime and databundles only to find that it was all lies. I dont receive the said data, only airtime. I have called the call centre and the best case scenario was that someone will call me back. One agent told me that the special does not even exist. </p>

No Consultant has contacted me as yet!! This is what I have always been told even in the call centre. That someone will call me back. but no one ever does.
