FALSE SERVICES LOGGED ON BILL

Vodacom, I was considering renewing my contract with you but after umpteenth time of either having data dissapear, being incorrectly billed for services not requested you will no longer have me as a recurring customer. Well today I checked my bill and it happened again, not 1 time on each contract but 2 TIMES!! A total of 4 times and R90 extra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My reference number I have received today: 1- ********** ********** .

I have 2 contracts with Vodacom, a cellphone contract and a data contract. To my surprise I have been unsolicitedly charged for 2 itemized billing requests on both accounts meaning a total of 4 times!!! All 4 "requests" made on the 23rd of October in a span of minutes as per the customer care agent!!! The customer care agent advised that it will be investigated and if it is REALLY not me that requested the service it will be removed. My DATA ACCOUNT even has itemised billing now, FOR WHAT!

I explained my concern that my account will be deducted that extra amount on which I was informed that if it is a genuine error it will be refunded..... I also mentioned that this error should rather be resolved before I pay for this month as my trust in Vodacom is 0 and I would rather pay my account after this error has been resolved. Long story short I was advised that I will incur a penalty of R100 should I not pay on time, well we can dispute that for false services added to my account.

He advised me again that IF the problem is on Vodacom's side that they will refund me. Well Vodacom, seems to me you as a service provider are happy to make YOUR PROBLEMS THE CLIENTS PROBLEM but when the client makes your problem your own you penalize the client. IS ALL OF THIS JUST ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK OF THE WORKING CLASS CLIENT?

I would appreciate this matter to be resolved before there are any deductions made to my account.

Vodacom start pulling up your socks and start accepting responsibility for your actions, you are passing the buck and trying to pin YOUR problems on the customer. I bet you are losing 100's of clients at the moment with the atrocious customer service you are providing. I will not be upgrading/renewing my contract with you again.
