false service

I claimed from vodacom insurance for a new handset. I paid r150 exes for a replacement phone but what I got instead is a 2nd hand refurbished handset. Not even a month later and I'm battling. Again with the same problem as the previous phone. I was told they replaced my handset but at the back of the phone is a refurbished sticker. Now the phone is broken again. With the same problem as before
