False sales presented as a free item

<p>Yesterday i received a call from Vodacom that i have been a loyal customer and have been selected to receive a product with no additional charge. The guy was speaking so fast and i requested him to send me an email to verify, and no email was sent. i decided to contact Vodacom, to my suprise the guy offered me a new contract even after i specifically told him i dont want another contract.</p>
