False sales

Another unhappy client due to Vodacom, Rewards company, I was upgrade whiles I was told that I would be migrated from an open line to prepaid, the agent sold me false information, which is a serious offence for false advertising, I was told that my premium after the migration would be less than what I was paying, my original contract premium was R410.98 and was told new package would be R355.68,I was shocked to get a bill of R677.56,which I reversed as it was not the agreed amount, a second billing was also high, I again reversed the debit order. I called in to inquire and I asked for the call recordings but the agent refused, was told my query is invalid and if am still disputing I need to visit a Vodacom shop, which is nonsense, I did agree to the migration and not to be upgraded, I agreed since of the low premium provided by the rewards agent. Am very ****ed off the fact that this is affecting my credit score, my billing is incurring more charges, and soon to be handed over. Am waiting for Vodacom to hand over my account, so I can refer the matter to my lawyers am looking forward to sue Vodacom. I asked to be migrated to my old package if my query can not be resolved but still no assistance on that, I called 7 times to get feedback and only to be told there are no notes on my profile, very funny if so much their calls are recorded, I was provided a reference:***,and if Vodacom doesn't want me as their client I will be happy to move to another service provider
