FALSE SALE INFORMATION

Rewards Call a 3rd party company for Vodacom, sold me a contract under FALSE information, assuring me that the DATA contract they were selling me would work in a cell phone. I have been calling them and VODACOM as my service provider since the end of March 2023 to cancel this contract, I have spoken to over the 30 people for desperate assistance but both companies have been DISGUSTING with assistance. This matters has been going back and forth between the 2 companies, with constant excuses as to the cancellation of this contract. I have been paying a contract that cannot be used for 4 months and neither parties are taking any responsibility for the cancellation and refunding my money.
