false representation

<p>Vodacom has been listed here on Hellopeter as a business that responds to complaints posted here. However, I have gone through alot of these reviews and the response to all of them are exactly the same .....in other words......automated. No actual person ever actually contacts you and tries to resolve the issue. My problem has been ongoing for a month now and no contact from Vodacom other than these stupid automated responses they post on here which are misleading.</p>
