False promises. False advertising. *******.
Disgusting from Vodacom! They sold me an uncapped LTE plan and at the drop of a hat 2 months later have decided they will be imposing a throttling of speeds at 400GB and a hard lock at 600GB. This is false advertising at its absolute finest and every attempt to lodge a complaint is met with consultants with no insight into the issue. Absolutely disgusting from them, I WILL be logging a formal complaint with the NCC and take further legal action.
Answer for yourselves instead of selling false promises and making ******* and ********* updates to fair usage policies that were not included in original contract that was reviewed in detail.

14 Jan 2023, 07:58Just thought everyone should know Vodacom’s idea of resolving is to send their terms and conditions. Dumbass company with useless individuals. @Vodacom you cannot legally change the terms of the agreement where they are inherent to the intention to commit to agreement. Might just unilaterally change how much I want to pay you. See you in court.
