False promises!!!

I have never in my life seen a Company that does not know how to do their accounts like Vodacom. You go make a payment, then you hear it is double the amount. Which i would love to know how do they get to that amount. Made a R900 payment just to get **** to and say phone will be on in 4 hours. Call the call centre for feedback and they more worried about security questions then assisting on the main problem. The Company promises great service but in return you get useless account billing and prople that would rather lie and take your money. One single word Vodacom...USELESS
