False Promises: Cellphone Discontinued After The Contract Have Been Signed And We have been Promised That we will get them.

Good day

I trust Y'all are Good.

I'm Writing this with so much dissatisfaction and Disappointment My Name Is Zinhle Mphuthi, My Fience Lebohang Msimanga Id No ********** 421088 took a contract of hauwei p10 lite and p9 lite for R249 on the 24th November 2017 at Secunda mall vodacom for so called "BLACK FRIDAY " he was told that they phone are out of stock and he will be contacted as soon as they are available, fair enough.

We return to the store to check the phone a week Later No phone ok, we were told that we will be contacted still.

He went now on Saturday and he was told that the phone has been discontinued, how so? He was promised that he will get the phones now they are Not there, this is false adverti*****t and bridge of promise. According to customers right Vodacom Secunda Mall Need to give him what has been advertised and Promised.

I did Not Expect such Horibble service from such a HUGE Company then they wonder Why we prefer other competitors rather them, I pay for service you can't give me **** service and expect me to stick with you. For You information Service is the key differentiator. Again what has been promised to the client must be given to them.

We not going to run around Secunda Mall every week as if we Crazy, we need to phones or phones of the same standard with the same price, we not settling for anything less.

You better get your act together, call us and speak something that makes sense to me otherwise I'm taking this far Believe Me. Tick talk start dialing our numbers

My numbers are Lebo ********** 927 and Zinhle ********** 255

Regards Lebo and Zinhle
