False promises and bad customer service.

I app**** for a Fiber contract and it as approved and I chose a 12 month contract with them. I then didn't renew my DSTV contact even after they offered me a new and advanced decoder. The Vodacom Router was delivered and installation was done on the 31st May , however according to the technician who came to my house advised my wife that the was a problem with the outside box from Frog Foot and he will log a call. On the 2nd I called their Call Centre on *** just to follow-up and after the call I received a ticket for the call. I thought after I have received a ticket my issue will be resolved and sorted ,I kept on calling up until yesterday I requested to speak to the team leader and the agent advised me that the team leader was in a meeting , she took my details and promised me that he will be in contact with me of which he did. We exchanged email addressed and he promised to get the bottom of my query , today I have sent him 2 mails of which he hasn't rep**** to me. It's been 8 days since the Fiber was installed and no connection , I have been inconvenienced in a sense that I could have renewed my dstv contract and I opted not to because I took a contract with vodacom. Some of the Call Centre are rude and unprofessional , like the one I spoke today who wanted to argue with me when I asked to het Team Leader.
