False promises
I signed up with Vodacom under false pretences. I was promised FAST AND RELIABLE Coverage and connection. Sadly. That is not the case. 80% of the time, I do not have wifi connectivity. I have reached out to their help centers and online chats for advice and support. Absolutely nothing in return. The only thing Vodacom is good for is taking money!
