False promises

I have 6 contracts with Vodacom one of which is a Red contract and have been a loyal client for over 10 years. On the 1st of April I went in to Vodacom Mall of Africa to go upgrade my one line. I was told to download their brochure via sms as they had none in store. I then selected a package from the brochure that was sent to me via sms. The reason I selected this phone was because I was receiving Samsung earbuds and a tag for free. I was told to claim via Samsung members. Upon claiming for these it came to light the special was no longer on. I went back to the store on the 3rd of April to inform them of this, they told me they can do nothing I must phone Samsung. I phoned Samsung and they told me to go back to the store. I called the stoteon the 7th of April and was told I would get a call back by today 13:00. Needless to say bo call. It is the 8th of April today and I am at a point where I want to cancel all my Vodacom contracts unless my issue is sorted out.
