False promises

I did an upgrade at vodacom the Glen and was promised buds for both the phones I received. I went in 2 weeks ago and had to register on the Samsung app and was told it would take 3-5 days for them to arrive. When I went into the store today I was told that I will need to wait 3-4weeks for them. If I was told this in the beginning I would not have taken the deal.

This was really poor Services to the point I am considering changing service providers.
