False promises

The sales team sold me the following: cheaper fiber connection with zero to no down time on migration from my previous ISP to them. On the day where they were suppose to be my new ISP they advised the activation will take 48 hours. I canceled my order with them based on the principle of not abiding to their promise. Vodacom is not to be trusted on their sales pitch. My mistake was thinking Vodacom has changed.... Jokes on me.
