FALSE PROMISES!

I called in to cancel my contract. I spoke to a consultant on the 23/10/2015 . He gave me a cheaper contract , with a new phone, PROMISED ME it will cost R179 per month, WITH 500 MB DATA AND 20 sms's PER MONTH. This has not been done. the call was around 13:00 , I received an sms saying your SP recurring incentive 500 meg service has been activated. another sms shortly after states : your promotional 20 sms bundle service has been activated. WHY ISNT IT ACTIVATED??can someone fix this asap! I did call in on Fri and spoke to a consultant who promised he will log a call for the issue to be sorted, NO ONE has called me till now.
