false promises

re customer order no U852882 I have upgraded my phone online on the 10 August 2015 and was told that I will receive my phone 10 working days later, today being the 29 August 2015 I still don't have my phone.I called in last week and enquired about it and was told there is a back order and they are receiving stock on the 6 September 2015 .Today the 29 August I phoned in and now they tell me they are receiving stock only on the 15 September 2015.So many conflicting stories.Today while speaking to the lady she drops the phone on me. with all this in place today 16.09.2015 I still do not have my phone. now its gone to another day and another day .sick and tired of this false advertising .Vodacom must catch a wake up and stop lying to people.
