false promises

I lodged a complain on the 05 june 2015 about the fals information and treatement i got from vodacom and the gentlement from complains dept called me back and sorted out the problem for me and that i was gonna be remoeved from the credit bereau as the mistake was thiers and now got the letter from vodacom from collections treathning to blacklist me and when calling collections dept a lady from the just decided to be rude and hung up on me
