False promises
Im completely and utterly disappointed with the Mall of Africa Vodacom shop. I was promised that i would get my handset and watch by today and then i get a message stating that the watches are delivered but can not be given out? how do you keep clients expectations? I mean I was told that the watch is ordered and will be delivered today? Then the story was that the watch was on back order and now its delivered but cant be used? Definitely not going back to that store again
