False promise by Vodacom
On the 15th if February 2022 I went to vodacom to buy a cellphone cash, but Collen the sales assistant advised me to buy a Samsung galaxy S21 FE and I will get a Galaxy Tab A7 for free.
Collen then referred me to Brain, who assisted with the contract. Brain told me that the Tablet will be sent to my home address in 4-5 days. Up to todayI haven't received the Tablet and when I go to Vodacom they told me that the tablet was from Samsung and not Vodacom. So I have to follow up with Samsung. THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE TABLET IS ***Y3HUI
