False promise

On the 26th July 2019 I app**** for another cell contract. Today is the 6th of August and I have not received device. When Vodacom was contacted they invoiced but Ram did not fetch. The warehouse had no feedback as to where the package was. At 17:00 i received a sms to except delivery in 72 working hours.This was a gift for my husband whose birthday is today. 72 working hours falls on monday as the 9th is a public holiday. The service is pathetic to say the least.
