False products with false prices,i dont want this upgraded products

I have took upgrade only to find when i receive invoice that i was sold false products with false price,they told me my product will increase by only R10 only but them invoice increase by R250,so i phoned upgrade department on 06/02/2022,i was told them new upgraded is reversed/cancelled,i demanded reference from Xolile,he said no reference but i can use his name as reference so i was billed R500,today is 01/03/2023,they gave me the same products i cancelled,i am so disappointed because i cant be ****med by you Vodacom

Vodacom rep**** on my first review and said the matter is solved in February,i even contacted upgrade department they told me i will only pay for February then on march i will go back to my old package but i am surprised today is 1st March they still gave me the false products i cancelled since 06/02/2023

In February you responded that this matter is settled and you consultant didnt bother to call me today,i write another review for the same problem you responded on February,is it hard for Vodacom to reverse the contract that i put request on 06feb2023,today is 1st your Vodacom is shoving this misleading contract into my account because your consultant are groups of ******* meet monthly targets while leaving customer paying more money from misleading,incorrect false contracts,please sort this matter and reimburse me and refund my account.

I will only happy when i receive sms of reimbur*****t thats state my contract is fully reversed, because it is difficult nowdays to get reference numbers from your consultant because they are really doing a very ***** jobs instead of sorting our problems as requested as is also difficult to speak to their supervisor as they always gives out excuse
