False product advertising and unspecified pricing

I recently decided to buy a data contract from Vodacom as I always used pay as you go and the data costs got very high. My family suggested that I get a data contract from Vodacom and it was advertised @ R39 per month for 500MB of data. After a very energy sapping process of gathering all of the information required for the contract the Vodacom store attendant told me the total bill for this month and every other month will be R44 due to a price increase. The fact that the price increase was conveniently left out of the sales brochure already felt unjust and felt like false advertising but that left aside I tried to understand and accepted the contract as is.

Two weeks later I started to notice that all incoming calls were market as \UNKNOWN NUMBER"or \""PRIVATE NUMBER\"" this lead to me missing a lot of valueble calls and missed calls due to the fact that I firstly didnt know who was calling and secondly that I could not respond to missed calls. I went to Vodacom and found out that I had to now pay an additional R9.50 just to know who is calling me or even messaging me for that fact. I am a pensioner and those extra costs are unexeptable and the advertising was false and unfair."""
