False presentation from Vodacom

Spent 2.5 hours 3 Saturdays ago to discuss various options/costs of packages as I am due an upgrade. I eventually agreed to take a package offered to me by the consultant which included 24 months plus the initial 4 months = 28 months of FREE THEFT INSURANCE. On this basis I accepted the pricing. They took my existing phone and moved over all info to the new phone whilst they printed the quotation for me to sign so I could leave with my new phone and upgrade. I was about to sign, I asked why it did not show the additional 24m of Insurance, I was told & ASSURED it was included & I should not worry BUT I would not sign without it showing on the quotation and of course my concerns were founded as it was false and untrue. I have no resolution as yet as I continue to wait for one! shocking and dismal after 30yrs with Vodacom I now need to consider if it is worth the treatment received as this appears to be normal practice with Vodacom whenever a upgrade is due.
