False online advertising

I contacted the call centre re an online only deal as I was due for an upgrade. I spoke to several agents and attempted to do it myself on their system but was unable to conclude the deal. The agents told me that my number is on the old system and someone with access will call me back. I apparently missed one call and phoned the call centre and they will lft a msg to the person who called me. nobody called back. on the system, I put in delivery address and when I clicked "finish upgrade, it gave me an error msg-- technical problems. to date, I spoke to Ronnie, Rokia, Johan,Vuyisa, Velicia, Phiwe, Milend, still no deal. Thandi and Given assisted me very well, but the deal did not reflect on their side. Should Vodacom only have a limit on the deal, they should have taken it off the page. I was told that they don't have a complain section, I should just e-mail the client service department.
