False/Misleading Advertising

As a matter of principle I've decided to display my level of disappointed via this platform

My contract was up to renewal so I decided to make use of the Vodacom Online Shop to facilitate the extension

Being the first time I've pursued this avenue (always use the store walk in option) partly due to its convenience I only saw positives

The online store clearly articulates a 'free next day delivery'. It is now DA4 4 since first requesting the upgrade and I'm nowhere nearer to receiving the requested package

Upon speaking to the call centre agents they informed me that the renewal takes anywhere between 3 - 5 days upon the verification process being complete

The enticing text rendered on the Vodacom Online Shop borders on misleading information which perhaps warrants a case with ASA (Advertising Standard Authority)

It begs the question how many customers have been falsely led into believing their packages will be delivered the next working day

Bitterly disappointed
