False marketing strategy and changing packages without customers consents

Vodacom changes packages without one's consent and you will be sent from pillar to post when you call them to fix it. Very frustrating. They use false marketing strategies that they can't keep up with to leeuw you once you sign up they change the package and keep the same installment. They are not honest...if you want a peace of mind don't sign up
