False Marketing - Online orders at tel 082 178 44
According to Vodacom.co.za when you take out a contract for an iPhone 12 you get a USB type C charged included. I ordered an iPhone 12 on 21st December 2020 and the online order agent stated that the included charged special had expired. I received the phone on the 24th December and checked the Vodacom website and low and behold no such thing as the expired special [including a USB type C charger] as on 28th Dec is still being advertised with USB type C charger. False marketing by either Vodacom website or the online agents that I spoke to.
