False itemized billings from VODACOM

<p>I have repeatedly requested itemized billings for a patricular month since not being able to source it on my profile on Vodacom! Very strange that i can get itemized billings from previous years up until February this year. After Feb, its says No DATA for the selected month! Really Vodacom, no data from for the report from March 2017? I must have alot of airtime left over then if my mobile was not used during this period. I have called the call center, tweeted and emailed! and they keep sending me itemized billings that are false! created by some artist at the call center i suppose. Where are the actual numbers that i dialled during those months Vodacom? I have screen shots of the numbers as i require this for a court case and you are really making me angry with your stupid call center agents. Or tell me, has my account been sobotaged by the person i am taking to court? whats the reason you cannot provide me an itemized billing with the number of the person i dialled, sms'd and whatsapped during those months? i have pictures of the messages, the calls, the sms's yet non of ite reflects on my itemized billing! Please explian this to me! I have been asking from the 3rd of November and now Vodacom has started ignoring me. Should i go to the media with this? I'm sure they would be very interested in why you cannot provide me with the information i require especially when it is regarding a legal matter! Tell me Vodacom, what lies do you have for me today? </p>
