False information when upgrading
Did an upgrade on the 24th and decided on the Samsung Note 20 on the basis that I wanted a watch to go with it and was told by the sales lady that I could claim a free watch through Samsung. I stressed more than a few times that I did not need such an expensive phone but would only take it if I would get the watch for free. I was assured this would be the case. Subsequently Samsung advised that the promotion had expired already on the 23rd therefor I would not get the watch. This phone was therefor sold to me under false information, surely it is the responsibility of the sales person to know the terms of the phone brands they sell. In addition to my communication with the sales lady, I called the Vodacom shop twice after to enquire as to why I had not received the watch voucher yet. They still insisted I would be able to get the watch. I therefor insist that Vodacom either provide the watch or take the phone back so that I can decrease my monthly fee.
