False information to sell contracts

On the 7th February 2015 I was contacted by a sales consultant for Vodacam who said they were an outsourced company selling vodacom contracts and wished to offer me a tablet deal. I then informed him I already have several contracts and could not affored more he said this would bring my bill down and said my ultimate bill would be R984.00 per month if i added the new contact to my account. I was not convinced and asked him several times if this was some kind of **** as it sounded to good to be true. When i received my bill for the end March 2015 it was for R1180.00, I then contacted Vodacom on the 16 March 2015 and asked them to investigate as I felt ********** because the consultant had given me inaccurate information to sell a contract. I received a confirmation sms from vodacom the 18 March 2015 saying my query was being attended to and since then not a single word. I have now received my bill for end April 2015 and the total amount is still R1180.00 which is not the R984.00 which I was told it would be. Can somebody please attend to my query urgently, as I am highly disgusted with the poor service from vodacom and false information being used to sell contracts.

Natalie Smit
