false information provided

i feel so disapointed ,the sales man of vodacom call me few days ago ,sell to me wifi rooter and data for R199 I exepted it,afterwards the sales person told me his manager just confirm with him,i received a tablet for free,the packet arrived with no tablet ,i call customer care line ,they told me there was not a tablet included ,so why must they sell things on false information ,to trap you,let they can received commution
