False information on new contract

<p>April 2017 I went to Vodacom to get a new phone on contract. The lady assisting me told me about a special deal where you get 2 phones. On the one phone you receive 200 minutes 200 sms's and 500mb data every month and on the other phone you receive R55 airtime montly for the price of R360 pm. I took the deal and end of april a debit order from vodacom went of for the amount of R480. I received the 200 mins 200 sms's and 500 mb data on the one phone but never received the R55 airtime on the other one. Long story short...vodacom said that this is not their problem and that I should drive 360km from where I live to go sort it out with the lady that assisted me in Klerksdorp... will never in my life recomend anyone to take vodacoms specials and if you do let them put in writing what you are suposed to get with a signature</p>
