False information on credit bereau

In 2016 August I was a victim of identity ***** whereby someone took out a contract on my name with vodacom. I found out about early and the contract was cancelled by vodacom and they assured me that it won’t even appear on the bereau. In September 2017 I requested my annual free credit report from clear score, and then I got a shock of my life. A vodacom contract appearing on my name with a very high installment. I’m very furious about this and I need answers as to how vodacom could be this negligent ???? My credit score has been highly affected by this, and I’ve been working hard to keep a very good score as I would love to buy a house. I don’t that won’t be possible anymore. Vodacom remove this account from my name !!! You owe me that much
